Turn experience with dogs into real capability

Some people arrive here because they’ve always felt the connection.

Friends already ask them for advice.

They’ve helped with behaviour challenges.

They know how powerful the relationship between a dog and its owner can be.

And quietly, the thought appears:

Could I actually do this for real?

This programme exists to answer that question properly.

It isn’t built around watching videos and collecting theory.

It’s built around learning how to work with real dogs in real situations — and understanding behaviour clearly enough to support other owners with confidence.

Across three structured months, you’ll shadow live 1:1 sessions, assist with group classes, work through behavioural case studies, and gradually develop the skills needed to handle training situations yourself.

By the end of the programme, you don’t just understand behaviour.

You know how to apply it.

This certification reflects practical competence, behavioural understanding, and alignment with the James & Frankie training philosophy.

It is privately delivered and assessed, and represents readiness to begin working with owners and their dogs responsibly.

The goal isn’t just to teach techniques.

It’s to develop trainers who protect the relationship between dogs and the people who depend on them.

“Good trainers don’t just change behaviour. They protect the relationship between a dog and the person who needs them most”
